When Will My Order Ship? How do I check my order status?
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, expect domestic orders to arrive in 1-4 days, and international orders to arrive in 8-15. Orders received on Friday after 2pm will be processed on that following Monday.
How Do I Track My Package After It Has Been Shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation. Use this number to track your package.
Does Mixit-Matchit Ship Internationally?
Yes! International shipping is $30 for regular sized items and $40 for oversize packages. Items being shipped to Russia will incur a $45 shipping charge.
Can I Cancel Or Make Changes To My Order?
We generally process orders within 2 business days, but we’re usually much faster. Unfortunately, once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes.
How Do I Use A Discount Code?
Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Discount Code’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your discount code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Discount’ line. Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order. Please be advised that discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some exclusions apply.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?
Returns are processed generally within 5-7 business days after we receive your return items. There is no refund Store Credit Only. A Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of a discount code for the full amount or your return.
Local Pick Up
Once your order has been placed please allow up to 1 day to process your order. You will be emailed when your order is ready to pick up. Your email will include the pickup location and phone number. Please email or call to set up pick up time. Warehouse hours are 9am-4pm but this may change without notice. To avoid any delay please notify customer service before picking up.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.
